Tempe Town Lake in Tempe Arizona after some heavy rain. Since the lake is artificially formed by barriers constructed on the Salt River, the dirty rainwater ran through the lake. At all other times, the lake's surfaces is perfectly clean.
The two bridges seen are the two Mill Avenue bridges. The building in the center provided the name of the street.
